These terms govern use of the Sumday waitlist website at sumdayinvest.com. Sumday is preparing a Cyprus-based fractional real estate offering. A Cyprus company is in formation and not yet registered. Contact: privacy@sumdayinvest.com.
What this site is
This website is a waitlist only. It collects interest so we can email you when the first property is available to invest. It is not an offer to invest, a solicitation of securities, investment advice, or a promise of allocation, returns, or liquidity. There is no live inventory or purchase flow here.
Acceptable use
You may use the site to learn about Sumday’s waitlist and submit a valid email. Do not misuse the forms (including automated abuse), attempt to disrupt the service, or submit others’ emails without permission.
No warranties
Educational content about fractional ownership is general information only. We provide the site “as is” and do not warrant uninterrupted availability. Future offerings will carry their own disclosures when they open.
Privacy
Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
Changes
We may update these terms as Sumday’s Cyprus company formation and product launch progress. The “Last updated” date above will change when we do.
