Sumday (sumdayinvest.com) is preparing a Cyprus-based fractional real estate offering. A Cyprus company is in formation and not yet registered. Until registration completes, Sumday operates this waitlist site and can be contacted at privacy@sumdayinvest.com.
What this policy covers
This policy explains how we handle personal data when you join the waitlist or contact us about privacy. This website does not offer investments, live listings, or accounts.
Data we collect
- Email address you submit to the waitlist
- Locale preference implied by the page you used (English or Greek)
- Basic technical data needed to run the form securely (for example timing signals used to reduce spam)
If analytics or advertising tags are configured on the site, those providers may process device and usage data according to their own policies. When those tags are not configured, they are not loaded.
Why we process data
We process waitlist emails to notify you when Sumday’s first Cyprus property is available to invest, and to respond to privacy or support requests. Legal bases we rely on include your consent (joining the waitlist) and our legitimate interest in operating a secure pre-launch waitlist.
Processors
Waitlist contacts are stored with Resend (contacts / segment) so we can send the launch notification. Hosting is on Cloudflare. We do not sell your email.
Retention
We keep waitlist emails until you ask us to remove them, or until we close the waitlist after launch communications are complete—whichever comes first—unless a longer period is required by law.
Your rights
Depending on applicable law (including GDPR for EU/EEA users), you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your personal data, and you may withdraw consent for waitlist emails. Contact privacy@sumdayinvest.com. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
